9 Stork was founded in 2005 by me, Julie Wartell. I am a military wife and lucky mother of two wonderful children. My daughter is 4 and my son is 2.   When I was pregnant and shopping online for my daughter's wardrobe, nursery, and keepsakes, I was frustrated by the redundant selections on each site I visited. Also, I didn't want my baby to have the same nursery or wardrobe as every other baby-I wanted everything to be about her...This and my love for personalization inspired my collections. My product development and designs are influenced by my experience as a mother and an artist.

These days my collections can be found in boutiques across the country. I am so pleased to be represented in such beautiful stores and to work with shoppe owners who share my enthusiasm for unique personalized baby gifts and keepsakes. Meanwhile, I have finally returned to my inspiration for a website offering items that can only be found in one place. I hope you can find something special here for me to create for your baby or as a special gift for a little one you wish to celebrate.
