POLICIES SHIPPING: The time it takes for your order to ship depends on the order. Most of our items are custom made, therefore, they are not made until ordered. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an estimated shipping date. If you have a specific date that you need to receive an item by, please contact us and we will work to accommodate you.RETURNS: All returns must be made within 14 days of the time you receive the item. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and must have original tags and any item packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Packages that are refused by the customer are charged a 20% re-stock fee, along with shipping to and from the purchaser. Refusal of custom items will still be charged the full amount plus shipping. Personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable. If your personalized item is defective, you may return it for an exact replacement. A return or exchange form will be included in your shipment. This for MUST be filled out and returned with the item to process your return. Write your authorization number on the outside of your return package. Mail your return within 14 days of receiving your order, including your return form.
